The Regulatory Board for Wales want to be able to gather the views from a wide range of tenants; geographically, from all backgrounds and tenants who are not currently involved with their landlords. To do this the Board are working with TPAS Cymru who have launched Tenant Pulse, a survey community where they seek your opinion on key topics. Your input can help to influence legislation, how our communities prepare for changes to the political landscape and how the sector ensures it is effectively reaching diverse sections of our communities.
Tenant pulse is open to all tenants living in Wales – whether you rent with Cadwyn (or another Registered Social Landlord), rent privately or through the local authority. Tenant Pulse strives to ensure your voice is heard with Landlords, Housing Organisations and across Local and Welsh Government.
It’s free to join and for every Tenant Pulse survey you complete you will be entered into a prize draw.
If you’d like to have your say directly on Cadwyn issues there are a range of ways you can get involved and have your say – visit our Get Involved or Service Improvement Team pages
