We are thrilled to share that our fantastic ‘Realise your Potential’ team are finalists in the UK Housing Awards 2022.
Realise your Potential (RYP) have been shortlisted for ‘Resident Employment and Training Award’.
RYP is a free service and a is vital support for Cadwyn tenants who may need help finding employment opportunities.
RYP help tenants search for jobs, write CVs, prepare for interviews and even help fund tenants with interview clothes.
Support from RYP doesn’t stop once tenants are in employment, they will continue to help by having 1:1 sessions in confidence building, finding funding for relevant training, digital support and much more. You can find out more about the services RYP offer by clicking here
