We understand that there could be a time you may go into arrears with your rent. First of all we urge anyone who is unable to make a rent payment to contact us as early as possible so we can help. Please call on 029 2049 8898 or email at info@cadwyn.co.uk
What is the Cadwyn Payment Portal?
If you are in arrears and you have not contacted us, you will receive a text message from Cadwyn. The message will let you know you have an outstanding balance and it will ask you to click on a link to see what you owe. To access this information, you will need to enter your postcode and date of birth to verify that you are the account holder.
Once you have logged in you will see your outstanding balance and ways you can pay your balance off or even part of your balance. There is a ‘Income & Expenditure’ form to help you work out what you can realistically afford and prevent you going into any further financial hardship.
What if I can’t meet the minimum repayment the portal shows?
If you can not make the minimum payment option offered via the portal, please call us and we can talk and plan the best way to help clear your rent balance. Please call on 029 2049 8898 or at info@cadwyn.co.uk
What happens if I can’t afford to make any payments?
Our friendly rents team will look at all the options available to you. There’s lots of support available and you may not be claiming all the benefits you are eligible for. Our team can help ensure you are getting all the right support.

I didn’t get a link sent to me but want to pay my rent?
If you did not receive a text message from us then it means, according to our records, you are not in rent arrears. You can still pay your rent in many ways – click here to find out how you can pay your rent online.
