An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Team Leader to join our Supported Housing Department on a part time basis. The department manages two hostels for families experiencing homelessness. We support over 100 families each year. We work with families to help them achieve their potential.
This role is responsible for line management of our Night team, taking a lead in setting and collecting Key Performance Indicators, prioritising health and safety, resident participation and helping embed Psychologically informed approaches within the department.
You will work 21 hours per week including regular evening work.
