In partnership with Cardiff County Council and the Vale of Glamorgan Council we are asking men to join us in taking part in the 2017 Walk a Mile in her Shoes.
This will be our 4th annual walk to help raise awareness of men working to end violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. The event first took place in 2014, when 14 men from Cadwyn Housing Association walked a mile in heels down Newport Road. Since then, the event has grown year on year with people taking part from other housing associations, Cardiff Council, building contractors and even Welsh Government Ministers. This year we are hoping to make it the biggest yet, with a target of over 150 participants.

Although we want this to be a fun event, all participants are reminded that it is raising awareness of a very serious issue and we expect all participants to demonstrate respectful behaviour at all times.
