Following a rigorous procurement process, Cadwyn is pleased to confirm LCB Construction Ltd as its new contractors with effect from 14th November 2022.
Cadwyn secured the contract with LCB Construction Ltd for the provision of our Reactive Maintenance, Voids and Out of Hours calls. The contract is for an initial period of 2 years, with the possibility of extending to another 3 years. Whilst the bulk of our maintenance work will continue to be undertaken by our very own in-house Contractor (Can Do Contractors), LCB Construction Ltd will provide an extension to this service, ensuring that we continue to provide and maintain dry, warm and healthy homes for all our tenants.
LCB Construction Ltd provides a wealth of experience, knowledge and value for money when delivering on projects across South Wales. LCB specialise in repairs, maintenance and refurbishment of buildings and LCB’s client roster is predominantly social housing providers and local authorities.
