An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for an Inspections Officer to join our Housing Programmes team. This is an ideal role for someone who has recently graduated and is looking to start their career in housing.
This role is responsible for reviewing the conditions of our customers’ homes, while ensuring we are providing cost effective management of our Assets.
At Cadwyn our staff work in an agile way, working mostly at home (if appropriate to the role) with the ability to hot desk at our main office in Cardiff or to work from any other suitable/convenient location. This role will mostly be field based.

What we need someone who:
Is qualified to HNC/HND/Degree level or equivalent in a construction related subjectIs competent with Microsoft Office packagesHas surveying experience, with strong technical knowledge and a repairs & maintenance backgroundIs well organized, able to prioritise workload
Has good people/communication skills and able to deal with contractors and tenants
