We are happy to announce that House Swap Wales has now reached over 20,000 members after launching in March 2013.
This scheme helps social tenants to swap their homes with each other quickly and easily through a network of Facebook groups that cover every area of Wales.
Victoria Church, Neighbourhood Assistant at Cadwyn who leads the scheme said ‘I’m happy to see how well the Facebook pages have done since it was first set up. I’m glad that we can now help over 20,000 members find their perfect home and we hope this network continues to grow’.
House Swap Wales was created by Cadwyn Housing Association and is sponsored by other housing associations throughout Wales.
To take part in this scheme please visit the House Swap Wales website, find the Facebook group of the area that you’d like to move to and like it, post your property and wait for a response.
