This website provides extensive information about renting in Cardiff. Supported by the Council and all of the Housing Associations that operate in the city, it gives realistic information about the chances of getting different types of housing in all areas of Cardiff, waiting times and other options.
How to apply
You will be required to attend a Housing Application Interview, where you will be given housing advice based on your needs.
The Housing interview can be conducted in the Cadwyn Office (if you are an existing Cadwyn tenant) with your Neighbourhood officer or in your local hubs.

Who can apply?
Anyone aged 16 years or over can apply for housing in Cardiff. Some applicants may not be allowed onto the waiting list due to:
- anti-social behaviour
- immigration status
- certain criminal convictions
