Our Financial Inclusion Team works with residents to help maximise their income and build their financial sustainability with free advice and support, in addition to helping them access essential services.
We can support on a range of financial matters and issues including benefit entitlements, utility bill tariffs & discounts, debt advice, maximising your income, and digital support.
If you’re a tenant and struggling with essential costs such as gas & electric, food, school uniforms etc., you could also be eligible for vouchers from our tenant hardship fund.
This service is completely free for Cadwyn tenants and we will work collaboratively with you to understand your financial situation and deliver a tailored and personalised response. We aim to find long-term solutions to ensure your financial sustainability and deliver peace of mind on monetary worries.
