This is a great opportunity to join a small team to effectively co-ordinate the economic procurement and delivery of all investment opportunities, land acquisitions and development contracts for Cadwyn.
At Cadwyn our staff work in an agile way, working mostly at home (if appropriate to the role) with the ability to hot desk at our main office in Cardiff or to work from any other suitable/convenient location. For this role there is the expectation you will be in the office 2 days per week.

What we need:
Knowledge and understanding of the built environment, building energy performance and construction techniques.
Knowledge and understanding of construction procurement.Experience of working in construction management and an understanding of planning and building regulationsExperience in supporting and developing internal and external communications, co-ordinating and consulting with tenants and other departments on investment activities.Experience of developing energy efficient homesExperience of Fire Regulations and requirements in residential and commercial propertiesExperience of Health & Safety in constructionStrong IT skills (Microsoft packages)Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levelsStrong negotiating and influencing skills.Confidence and flexibility to manage own workload, make decisions, manage conflict, and support others within a changing environment to deliver successful outcomes.Someone who enjoys working to tight deadlines and thrives under pressure.
