On Monday 5th June our Cwrt Alba development based on Albany Road, Cardiff was officially opened by Welsh Assembly Member Jenny Rathbone.
The development which contains 24 flats and a retail unit built by Willis Construction has transformed the site which was previously a petrol station that had lain derelict for a number of years.
Affordable apartments for rent are very scarce in Roath, so these will homes are a much needed addition to the local community.
