Cadwyn were delighted to be shortlisted for the TPAS Cymru Good Practice Awards 2022.
The awards ceremony for all finalists took place on Wednesday 6th July 2022 and Cadwyn were awarded 3rd place in the ‘Resident Support Programme/ Advice Programme’ category. This shortlisting demonstrates our dedication to the support we offer our tenants who may be needing some extra help.
Rhydian, Cadwyn’s Financial Inclusion Coach, who attended the award ceremony said
“We were so thrilled to be finalists at the TPAS Cymru Awards. It has been a very tough year for many of our tenants. We have seen a huge increase in demand for financial, employment, health & wellbeing and also mental health advice from our tenants. Our team are so dedicated in helping every single tenant who needs that extra support, so this shortlisting has been the icing on the cake for us this year.”
The TPAS Cymru Good Practice Awards recognises and celebrates the hard work that landlords and tenants do. The event also allows TPAS Cymru to publicise and share good practice, learning, and experiences from across Wales.
