Please note that from 20th December 2020, our repairs service will be moving back to the RED phase. This is following the Welsh Government announcement that Wales will be moving to tier 4 and entering into a full lockdown.
Whilst we are in the RED phase, we will only be carrying out emergency and urgent repairs. We will also continue to carry out safety servicing such as gas and electrical testing.
If you have a non-urgent repair already booked in during the lockdown, we have your details and will be in touch to reschedule these as soon as we can.
Any new repairs will only be booked in if they are an emergency or urgent.
When logging a repair, we will continue to ask you COVID-related questions about your household. We will also ask you these questions when we visit to conduct the repair. This is to ensure we keep you and our staff safe.
