Cadwyn Housing Association is regulated by the Welsh Government, the aim of the Regulatory Framework is to ensure housing associations are:
- Well governed
- Financially viable
- Deliver high quality services
The Welsh Government Regulation team visited Cadwyn in 2019 and produced the following report
