Following the Wales-wide lockdown restrictions being lifted on 9th November, our repairs services will be returning to the AMBER phase. This means that repairs will resume as normal where safe to do so. Caution will remain between staff and tenants when visiting your home. We ask that you continue to wear a face-covering (where possible), socially distance and sit in another room while we conduct repairs.
We will be catching up following the restrictions and some delays to normal timescales are expected. If you contacted us before the lockdown, we have your repair details and will be rescheduling these as soon as we can.
We are prioritising repairs based on their urgency and we will get to you, so please keep this in mind when reporting repairs.
When logging a repair, we will continue to ask you COVID-related questions about your household. We will also ask you these questions when we visit to conduct the repair. This is to ensure we keep you and our staff safe.
