We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Co-ordinator to join our Property and Maintenance Team.
The department manages all maintenance related services for Cadwyn and Calon properties and thus is a key coordinator role, reporting directly to the Homes Data and Performance Lead.
The Asset Co-ordinator is responsible for providing a comprehensive frontline service to our customers and partners.
At Cadwyn our staff work in an agile way, working mostly at home with the ability to hot desk at one of our three sites across Cardiff or to work from any other suitable/convenient location
