An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Property & Maintenance team.
The department manages all maintenance related services for Cadwyn properties and we provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for over 1400 properties.
As a Multi-Skilled Operative you will be responsible for undertaking general maintenance and improvements to our tenanted and void properties, as part of a first class maintenance team which delivers a high quality, right first time repairs service to maintain homes to the highest standards.
At Cadwyn the majority of our staff work in an agile way, working mostly at home (if appropriate to the role) with the ability to hot desk at one of our three sites across Cardiff or to work from any other suitable/convenient location. Please note this role will be site based.

What we need:
Someone with strong customer service skills and a desire to go the extra mile for every customer on every occasion.The ability to remain calm under pressure, stay focused and pay attention to detail.The necessary skills to diagnose repairs, work quickly and effectively to ensure targets are achieved 1st time. Experience of reactive/planned maintenance, in particular bricklaying, rendering, plastering and concrete repairsExperience of on-site Health and Safety, reading and understanding Risk AssessmentsExcellent organisational skillsThe ability to prioritise an ever changing workloadThe ability to communicate across all levels
