As you will be aware, the number of people with the virus is increasing and having an impact on all parts of society. Cadwyn’s aim is to continue to deliver our services but there will be an impact on some services, especially if many staff are sick.

The office on Newport Road will not be open to visitors and most staff will be working from home. You will still be able to contact us via telephone, email, social media and through the My Cadwyn app.

We are working hard to continue providing business as usual but please understand that there will be some disruption before things get back to normal. If we do not have enough staff to deliver all our services as usual, we will prioritise these services:

Emergency repairs
Gas servicing
Communal cleaning

If you are self-isolating, please let us know in advance if a Cadwyn member of staff is due to attend your property. We have also advised our staff to ask tenants some questions before visiting a property.

If you do have to self-isolate and need any support during this time, please contact us and we will do all that we can to help you. We will prioritise anyone who is vulnerable.
